Price Chopper/Market 32 recently announced a partnership with the American Red Cross that will actively take place throughout the month of September 2022. Longtime ARC volunteer and supporter Dennis Stolpner discusses the fall fundraiser:
For a limited time, shoppers at Price Chopper and Market 32 grocery stores will be able to round up the change on their purchases, for a good cause. Dennis Stolpner commends the grocer for announcing that they will match all donations up to $5,000. This support will certainly go a long way in communities that need it the most. All donations will benefit the American Red Cross. As always, all of the hard work, including valuable resource disbursement in times of hardship and natural disasters, that ARC is able to accomplish is thanks to donations and the hard work of volunteers. While the gift-giving joy of the holiday season is always helpful, the nonprofit and its programs need the public’s support year-round. This upcoming initiative hopes to offset that critical need for donations, in a time when funding is often tight.
