Tis the season of giving! If you are located in the Philadelphia area (or plan to visit the region for holidays), Red Cross volunteer, Dennis Stolpner, asks that you please consider donating to one of these blood drives:
In Delaware, there will be blood drives hosted at Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge No. 74 on 12/8 from 2 pm to 7 pm and a Brandywine Town Center Community Building on 12/10 from 2 pm to 7 pm. Also on 12/8, there will be a blood drive at American Legion Post No. 28 from 1 pm to 6 pm.
In Southeastern Pennsylvania, Dennis Stolpner is excited to announce that the blood drives are a-plenty! Of course, this means that many members of the local community are in crucial need of blood donations. So this is a perfect opportunity for neighbors to give back, if they can! After all, every 2 seconds, 1 person in the United States needs blood. Here is a small list of some of the many blood drives to look out for in Southeastern PA this holiday season:
- 12/9: 2 pm to 7 pm at Covenant Presbyterian Church
- 12/11: 2 pm to 7 pm at St. John United Church of Christ
- 12/15: 12 pm to 5 pm at Buckingham Township Building
